Orders over $100 ship free within the United States. Everything else is a flat $8.
How your order ships
Orders ship via USPS within the United States, with tracking emailed the moment your label is created. Pieces leave the workshop within one to two business days.
Shipping outside the US
We don't ship internationally from this site. You'll find us on Etsy, where international shipping is available.
Returns
In-stock items can be returned within 14 days. Email us first at sales@thewoodstershop.com, then send the piece back unused and in original condition for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is on you for a change of mind.
Personalized and custom pieces
Personalized and custom-made pieces are made to your order, so they're final sale. The exception is anything that arrives damaged or not as described, covered below.
Damaged or not as described
If a piece arrives damaged or isn't what was described, email a photo to sales@thewoodstershop.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you. That applies to personalized pieces too.
Wood varies
Our pieces are made from real wood and finished by hand, so grain, color, and small marks vary from one to the next. That variation is the material, not a defect. Product photos are representative — your piece will be similar, but never identical.
